Shipping & Returns

All orders ship from our workshops in Mexico. Domestic shipping within Mexico typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping to the United States and Canada takes 10–20 business days depending on customs processing.

Free shipping is included on all orders over $500 USD. Orders under $500 ship for a flat rate of $45 USD domestically and $95 USD internationally.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in custom-built crates for larger furniture items. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, lead times vary by product. Typical production times are 2–4 weeks for accessories and lighting, and 4–8 weeks for furniture pieces. Limited edition items may have specific availability windows noted on their product pages.

Standard returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee of 15% applies.

Damaged items: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Custom orders: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
