By accessing hacheliving.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. HACHE Living LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Products & Pricing
All HACHE products are handcrafted and may exhibit natural variations in color, grain, and texture. These variations are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. For made-to-order items, production begins upon order confirmation and payment. Cancellation of made-to-order items may not be possible once production has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. HACHE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns
Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are final sale. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
